Agreement to Terms

By accessing brightiherben.world and using our event furniture and decor rental services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Rental Services

Brightiherben provides premium furniture and decor rentals for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations in North Carolina. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

Reservations and Payment

• 50% deposit required to secure reservation
• Remaining balance due one week before event date
• Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, bank transfers
• All prices in USD, subject to applicable taxes
• Delivery fees calculated based on location and order size

Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 30-59 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• Date changes subject to availability and may incur fees

Rental Terms

Standard rentals are event-day only. Items delivered before event start and picked up after event end. Extended periods available for additional fee. Early returns do not qualify for refunds.

Customer Responsibilities

• Use items only for intended purpose
• Protect items from damage, theft, or loss
• Do not remove items from agreed venue
• Report damage immediately
• Provide venue access for delivery and pickup

Damage and Loss

Normal wear included in rental fees. Customer responsible for damage beyond normal use, theft, or loss. Replacement or repair costs charged to payment method on file.

Delivery and Setup

Professional delivery and setup included. Customer must ensure venue access, adequate space, and communicate venue-specific requirements in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Brightiherben not liable for delays due to weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Not responsible for injuries from item misuse or indirect damages.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and logos, is property of Brightiherben and protected by copyright. Reproduction prohibited without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of North Carolina, USA. Disputes resolved in courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
