Brightiherben provides furniture and decor rental services for events. This policy outlines procedures for returning rented items after your event.
Pickup and Return
All rental items remain our property. Our team handles pickup according to:
- Pickup scheduled during booking process
- Items must remain at original venue
- Venue access required at pickup time
- Items inspected during pickup
Rental Period
Standard rentals are event-day only:
- Delivery and setup before event
- Pickup after event on same day
- Extended periods available for additional fee
- Early returns do not qualify for refunds
Item Condition
Items should be returned in same condition as delivered:
- Normal wear and tear included in rental fees
- Items free from excessive stains or damage
- All components and accessories present
- Items not disassembled unless instructed
Damage Assessment
Items inspected during pickup. Charges applied for:
- Minor stains: Professional cleaning fee
- Significant stains: Specialized treatment cost
- Structural damage: Repair cost
- Irreparable damage: Replacement cost
Missing Items
If items are missing at pickup:
- Immediate notification provided
- 48-hour grace period to locate items
- Replacement costs charged after 48 hours
- Full replacement value for unreturned items
Cleaning Requirements
No cleaning required before return. However:
- Remove personal items and decorations
- Dispose of trash and food waste
- Clear table surfaces of debris
- Excessive cleaning fees may apply
Weather and Outdoor Events
For outdoor events:
- Protect items from extreme weather when possible
- Notify us of severe weather damage immediately
- Insurance covers weather damage beyond your control
- Items left outdoors overnight may incur fees
Customer Liability
You are responsible for rented items from delivery until pickup, including damage from guests, event staff, theft, loss, or improper use.
Eco-Friendly Practices
After pickup, all items are cleaned using biodegradable, chemical-free products and inspected for quality before future rentals.
